In Everything Give Thanks Card

I find this time year to have so much inspiration in my artwork.  I love the textures and colors of autumn and this card has both! I am entering this card into the Cricut Circle Blogiversary challenge.  The challenge called for using a Cricut Circle Exclusive Cartridge.  I used Sophie plus many more to make this fabulous card. I hope you enjoy the tutorial.
I started by choosing to use the Sew Easy Stitch Piercer in Zig Zag.
I handstitched following the pattern with DMC Floss.
Then I cut this ribbon slide tag from Cricut Art Philiosophy cartridge.  It is cut at 1.24 inches. This cartridge has so many great tags.  I inked the edges with Distress Ink in Gathered Twigs. The sentiment is from Pink By Design Bountiful Blessings. It reads "In Everything Give Thanks".
I added ribbon to the side slots and mounted the tag to the card base,
Next I cut this scrolled leafing from Sophie Cricut Cartridge.  It is cut at 2.88 inches. I inked the edges with Distress Ink Shabby Shutters.
Then I used a bit of Spray adhesive on the scrolling.  While it was wet, I sprinkled some Autumn Flower Soft to the vines.
I adhered the leafing to the card base.
Next I made my sunflowers.
Here is a video on how to make them. I used Walk In My Garden and Flower Shoppe Cricut Cartridge. I have made these before for a layout.  the size of the flowers can be adjusted depending on your project.
Click this Link to see the video and subscribe to my YouTube channel.  I add this link for my email subscribers who may not see the video embedded in the email.
Finally I mounted the flower to the card.  Originally I was going to use 2 flowers, but decided to only use one.  I am learning to appreciate negative space in my designs.
Here are some close ups at different angles.
I hope you have a creative day and I will see you tomorrow!
